How to Remove Wax from a Surfboard Properly
A work of ott. Take it to Nazerea.
Need more wax
The board can do absolutely nothing without a good surfer on it. 🤙🏻
I won one of these in a giveaway! Crazy.
Price?
Bro I just do circles everywhere until I tell myself “that should be fine”
That’s not a channel, called a concave dipshit
Será rápida, pero vaya cosa fea.
Looks like a board I have only diff is the tail is a diff shape. I live in Myrtle beach South Carolina and it’s perfect for catching 2 footers and shitty waves 😅 mines like 3 thick so I can almost walk up to the nose of mine and drop in scoot back and float 💪💪
Sumamos 😅😊
No way it's faster and better than a REVO imo
I have one
Evo, Vader, Revo, Vader2 ?
Evo's and Vader 2.0!!
shhhhh bodysurfing
😭
Would you reccomend an In the Pink for someone just starting out?
Octopus grip pads
Custom or a specific board?
This was a custom !
How does it go as a step up?
It will certainly work as a step up , depending on the size of the board and waves you'll be surfing it'll be great!
Hi, u think the central fin 6.5 is to short for the pyzel 6”10?
Depends on how you want the board to ride... Smaller center fin will make it more responsive and lively , longer / bigger center fin will make it more cruisy
Thanks buddy
If you guys ever get your hands on bearfoot wax that’s my go to hard to find tho. (Not barefoot)
Gorgeous!
Have you run other fins in it? Or just those? Any recommendations?
Endorfins would also be a solid shout !
@@BoardshopUK legend, thanks much. Appreciate the reply.
Had the OG DD - glad they made a version 2!
I had a 5'10' that I took to Maldives. It was big and by that stage my vader was pretty old. I took it as a backup but ended up riding it every day. I cant believe they can improve on excellent.
Ain't you a lucky boy not 😂😂😂
🌋🏄💦🍆…….. enough said
Whats the suggested wave range for this bad boy ?
It is an everyday driver designed to work in waist high to 8ft face waves. SUITABLE WAVE FACES - WAIST TO HEAD AND HALF HIGH Anything from beach breaks, reef to point breaks the Holy Hypto will perform in all round conditions.
Wish it was more of a thumb tail or squash. Pin tail seems counter intuitive on a small wave board.
Then it's not really part of the Hypto family anymore, for something more squash based you're better off with the Cohort I ....
Everyone. Base coat is a made up hoax. You don't need it. Or the silly crisscrossing. Whatever am I being to critical
😮
How does this surf compared to the phantom?
wow, great looking board! i have a custom xanadu that looks very similar
Size and maker of the board?
Shaped by Son Of Cobra and the dims are : 5ft 8 x 20 x 2.625 33L
Is the 7.2 mid fish good for a kid? She’s 5”3 weighs 122 pounds
The Torq Mod Fish is definitely a solid board to learn and develop on! Nice and stable but also forgiving. If she's only 5' 3 you could go shorter , so the board is more proportionate to her height and weight , something like the 6' 10 would be a little better :)
I’m 5”6 n 140 pounds what would you recommend?? I’ll be doing surf lessons in California n we are having a surf wave pool built in Arizona. So I’m looking for a board I can use for a long time.
Either the Torq mod fun or mod fish will be a great starting place, stable, forgiving but will allow progression to take place. fun boards which can be surfed in a wide range of conditions !
I have a concern before buying one of these, I noticed that there is no protection on the chest, is this fabric resistant enough not to tear, since it is an area that rubs against the paraffin?
Still resistant and durable enough to see you through your sessions! High-performance super-stretch neoprene with a durable outer skin that resists velcro pulls and snags.
I preferred the vanguard, but I am pretty sure my Vader was too big for me.
Riding takayama egg 7'6 since 1 year (62 yo intermediate). In any conditions it's a joy to ride. Easy paddling, easy take off, easy ride. This is a board to flow with the wave, you can ride it first class staying on the center of the board. The perfect one quiver board for old surfers. Edit: CI MID fins 6.5 center 3.6 side bites.
Why did the sand blush? Because the sea weed
Half-Moon double-ender, would of been called the ECLIPSE instead. Blocking out the 🌞 with your SP.Ray's... Check-Out the Cat-Fish Vercelli #WSOHAWAII, Best surfboard design ever.
What’s then 1st board name & model?
Mark phipps One bad egg!
From a ease of glide/speed perspective how would you say it compares to the Seaside and Beyond. Eyeing up both of these models in vocanic.
Both are great in terms of paddle speed and wave entry... main difference is how they ride and what you want the board to do for you. But it'll paddle and catch everything easily.
YESs
Which Lost is that?
The Lost x Soc Cobra Killer!
What are the best fitting track pads for this RNF 96?
Most people wouldn't pad up a RNF or aa fish styled board, a lot of it comes to preference , but any slim squash styled pads would be good
Will you be doing a review of the CI Big Happy?
As soon as we get them in!
Thanks, Just wondering, I was about to buy a HaydenShapes Hypto Krypto but wondering if anybody has any complaints about them. They look amazing, very light. Love the black color, but are there any downsides? I am currently on a Al Merrick TORQ MOD POD 6'6 and really like it! But wanted to maybe getting something a little smaller. I am 1.82 mt 56 years old and on the thin side and wondering if I need to get something around the 6'2 range, or even smaller, if I get the Haydenshape Hypto Krypto ? I live in Chile and we have pretty Big surf all year round. Thank you!
The Hypto is a solid board and dare I say it, a one board quiver type thing, super versatile and loads of fun to surf, In my opinion, one of the best boards we've ridden and that is out there. You hear the term ‘ one board quiver ‘ a lot but to be honest it really is. With the wide point forward for ease of paddling and wave catching and a pulled in tail it looked like something from the seventies, for performance and response, but brought up-to-date with the state-of-the-art FutureFlex Technology. FutureFlex construction is a stringer-less parabolic carbon fibre frame, shaped out of high-density EPS foam and built from custom designed materials exclusive to the Hayden Shapes brand. The technology delivers a high energy, rapid spring back resulting in ultimate speed and drive, perfect for wave pools as this will allow you to keep your speed up and will help develop manoeuvrers. This board can handle any conditions you chuck at it and will be able to perform even in the smallest of waves. Super forgiving and user-friendly and will offer you everything you want from a board. A forgiving but super fun performance based board, something which does tackle anything you throw at it. size wise , smaller is better with these boards, they pack a lot of volume in , so 6' 2 / 6' 0 would be ideal
@@BoardshopUK Thank you for answering.
HOLY MOSES another smokin' hot board on my wish list to test drive ! 🤣
a thinner hypto crypto (same shape) is something I'd like to see. Both much less wide and thinner deck to bottom. A good barrel board in 4-6 foot barrels.
That exists. The hypto krypto step up is exactly that
Great!
Thanks for posting this!
